Cannot deactivate

Clicking "Deactivate Account" just takes you to the Help section. I used Paypal instead of my card and had to go through Paypal to stop the recurring payment before my free trial ended. Only after I did this through Paypal did my profile showing "Pending Cancel". User's recommendation: Don't bother. You only get 1 free answer a day during the trial.
