I had two brand new tires put on my van on Wednesday afternoon. It is now Saturday and my husband was driving in Chicago on the expressway and the front tire flew off of the car through a road sign and the van dragged with sparks for miles the whole front end of my van is a mess. My son is traumatized at the moment. No customer service for tires plus open at 6 PM on a Saturday night I will have to wait until the morning cant wait to see how they want to rectify the situation. User's recommendation: Don’t trust tires plus.
