Our mom fell and dislocated her shoulder. Of the 3 children that live within blocks to a mile of her, only I was in town that day. Life Alert called all of us and updated us on what was happening and sent the paramedics to bring her to the hospital. The falls have been happening quite often lately and Life Alert has been courteous and informative on all emergencies we have encountered. We could not be happier with their service. - N.B.
