Fraud, they took money out of my account without my consent, was told a refund was going to happen in 7 business days, its been two weeks I've called them multiple times including today just to be told by Nelda from the that nothing has been processed, the girls continued to give me the run around and this isnt the first attempt they tried to steal from my account after I canceled a year ago.
