Resolved: Yearly subscription

Update by user Mar 25, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. They didn't explain why they charged me, but offered refund.. Original review posted by user Feb 23, 2021 I was just recently charged for another year for Ring. First I was sent a message that my card was no longer active and I did not respond because I didnt want a renewed subscription. I sold my house in October of 2020 and the door bell stayed with the house. Now I see a $30 charge on my card (ending in 5184) for February that I didnt authorize. Please refund the charge.
