Resolved: Call to Tech Support for my Ring Floodlight Camera

Update by user May 12, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. I have received an email from Ring that a replacement device is being sent.. Original review posted by user May 10, 2021 My floodlights started flashing a couple of days ago. Called Ring Tech Support who wanted me to climb up to reset the camera. My ladder does not reach, so they did remote troubleshooting. After long holds again, I was told they will replace my camera. Later, after more holds I was told in a very nice way that my camera is out of warranty (18mos old), although I pay for basic protection. After all this, they will email me with their findings and a decision on a resolution? So basically I am out of luck (no email at this time, but not expecting much). User's recommendation: Do not buy Ring floodlights!
