Our Ring doorbell, video cams and floodlight cams are no longer working. I get video but no audio which makes it essentially useless. I finally found a number to contact Ring and called them. I spoke with Catherine who, I think, ended up hanging up on me because she didnt know what else to do. She had me try several things which did not fix my problem. We got disconnected. She didnt call back. She had my # and had called me back once after having me shut my phone off. So she could have called back. If Ring cant get these issues fixed I am going to have to switch to a different service. User's recommendation: Stay away if they can’t get problems fixed.
