My package arrived open and empty

My last delivery, my new fragrance, the lid was not securely screwed on and leaked out to empty. The cardboard container was wet. So I did not receive my last fragrance, Confessions of a Rebel Love High, in full. Please, know I have not had any issues like this before. I hope you will compensate my loss. Thank you.
