Had everything but the new case each time for 10$

I got the perfumes j just ordered a case each month for an extra 10$ and I didn't get my case. I need just the case mailed to me. It was not in with my perfumes. I don't know why this is a big deal to reach you guys. Contact me or just send my case to me please. Thank you!
