Original review updated by user Jul 26, 2021 I ordered a sliding glass door - the product is a quality product, however, it is very expensive and not worth the total lack of responsive or helpful customer service. Their finance company's policies are vague and misleading and only in their best interest - not the customer's interest. User's recommendation: Be forewarned - extremely long, overwhelming initial consultation, lack of customer service follow-up, lack of response to phone calls & emails, and a finance company that will gouge and take full advantage of the customer.
