Medford/Gold Hills KOA- nice office help, campground nice, terrible Wi-Fi but decent cable. Albany KOA- lady in office very rude the 3 xs we encountered her. Campground nice but grass strips beside each site are small and when it rains it is very muddy. Terrible Wi-Fi and cable channels are limited. Mt Shasta City KOA- nice office help, very nice campground, terrible Wi-Fi and non existent cable channels. User's recommendation: call the KIA campground you are interested in before booking and ask about their amenties.
