Called the 800 number when the rental car price was finalized the agent asked me to pay with a American Express debit card. They depleted the full $2,000 on the card for a $300 car rental fee. When I called back to find out why they said they have no record of any transaction, nor do they have my reservation User's recommendation: Be very careful when dealing with this company.
