I have many, many Luminara candles. I enjoy them all. I do have a problem with just 1 of them. The timer has stopped functioning. I am so disappointed. I do not want to throw it away. I love the off-white color and the size 3-1/4"x7-1/4" more or less. Also it is one that has a significant dip in the top front of the candle. Makes it perfect for placing on a high shelf or in my case on top of the china cabinet. With the low front you can still see the actual movement of the flame. Can this be repaired? Please say yes. I'm not particularly efficient or skilled in using the computer so a person to person phone call would be perfect. If not possible, I will struggle with the computer. Thank you.
