BOA closed my account for no warranted reason and has kept what money was in there for almost a year now. User's recommendation: Bank else where. My girlfriend asked me to use my account to deposit her unemployment money...i said sure...no problem. We thought no more of it. A week later BOA terminates my entire account for cashing a 3rd party check through the account. They purposely made a big deal out of an honest misunderstanding when all we had to do was add her to the account. The approach they took was with intent to freeze and seize what funds were in the account. Good thing I snatched $11,600 of the 12 out of there as soon as possible because these clowns would have stole every penny of it and not sent a penny back to unemployment like they should have done months ago in hopes of successfully stealing my ladies money. Shame on u BOA! That is pretty pathetic to steal from your customers. Oh and the back office...seriously...get real!
