Unable to access cds that have matured

I had a large cd reach maturity and I went to Bank of America to make some changes. I presented my driver's license for identification, but it was not accepted because it expired Sept 2020. I have been given a temporary extension by the DMV, but when I presented that I noticed that the extension could not be used for identification purposes. I cannot get access to my own money User's recommendation: Don't open any accounts with Bank of America. Take your money out if they get a chance.
