Pending my money

Hi dear I bought from PatPat some clothes today the total $50.33 but they take $68.52 why is that please send my money $18.52 .

Maybe the matter is in the cost of delivery, they can write that the delivery is free, but in the end, when paying, the delivery may become paid, you need to look carefully.
