Contacted FR about missing standard equipment. I am 2nd owner so the laughed at me and only said "good luck". Then the electric winch went bad, repair shop ordered the new one and was told it was in stock would ship within 3 days. Didn't and arrive for 7 weeks. Calls to check on it was told that warranty orders got priority. User's recommendation: Buy something else.
