Account fraud

I have tried to call the department number left for me to call due to fraud. Have called for 5 weeks. No answer and no return call. My acct has been closed and my money has been taken out. Cannot pay my rent, buy groceries, get my multiple sclerosis meds or anything. Who can I speak to. .Rebecca Austin User's recommendation: Don't use this bank.
