Did not honor the extension of my reward spend period

I got the card mainly for the 60k rewards they offered if i spend X $ in 3 months.. I received my card after 3 months because of some shipment issue from their end and spend more money than required in the 3 months after i received the card.. now they say they cant honor it.. and worst part i cant even speak to the guy who decides this. they only talk through tenedont User's recommendation: Banks are about trust.. I dont trust them!
