I guess this is acceptable to them to not try and reach out to try and resolve this complaint Original review posted by user Jul 30, 2019 Brand new camera that was a Christmas present . Recently opened all four of them and one would not turn on. Called the company and even though they were nice I still could not believe that I had to pay myself to send a brand new camera back . I think this is very poor customer service . Maybe if I had it for awhile and it went bad yes , but a brand new camera no way
