I received a purchase from eBay. It was broke I called eBay customer service and told them that it was broke and wanted a refund. They in process of trying to refund my money stowed money from my card by purchasing two Walmart 100.00 cards. Then when I told them what they had done Instead of putting the money back they proceed trying to take more money off my card so I canceled my card and called Bulebird and told them what had happened .I would appreciate my money back please sincerely yours Theresa Tefteller
