I initially called to download The man from Saint Petersburg I told the representative that I had discontinued my membership because I did not have time to read that many books I was willing to pay for the above mentioned book she intern offered to give me the book......Recent call she took the information I told her that Id read this book 10 years ago.... I am realize because I was given the book they could not give me another one . I dont think it was necessary for the representative to hang up on me. User's recommendation: I explain my problem and the girl actually hung up on me.
