Cintas is so big now the left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing. its a constant revolving door of personnell so the customer (ME) is always dealing with someone new. They never get anything right and are constantly trying to upsell things we dont need. They loose uniforms and give me uniforms that are for other companies. The uniforms are way overprice and they constantly bill us for uniforms that they claim is damaged but really isnt damaged. User's recommendation: buy your own uniforms and save yourself the headache from dealing with cintas. its cheaper and better in the long run anyway.
