Audible won't load my book. I called tech support. I waited 15 minutes on hold for tech support. Then hung up and called again through the pissed customer link, (because I am!). Waited another 25 minutes, then the system stopped playing classical music on loop. I was hopeful, but no one spoke or answered my greetings. I sat in silence then after 2 more minutes of silence, the system disconnected my call!! 40 minutes of waiting and NO ONE LISTENED!! I AM PISSED! User's recommendation: Don't bother!
