No customer service that speaks my language

I have used DeWalt for many years. I myself have thousands of dollars in DeWalt tools. We will no longer buy or support any DeWalt product due to their no reply or problem solutions. If you speak English only then you do not belong with DeWalt. They will not transfer you to an American speaking understandable person. User's recommendation: Good luck.
