Called a few times at first they were very very nice. Then they dismiss there responsibility saying that theyre not the one that made it ;they subcontract the product. When I called the license manufacturer for the Dewalt product they told me if its more than a year they dont have any parts and they can do anything about it tough luck.Call Dewalt back saying this is unacceptable they told me sorry theres nothing we can do. User's recommendation: Don’t buy a license product.
