I cannot get any information from you or any response!!! I have emailed 2 times and it seems that you company doesn't give a crap about your customers. I guess I'm going to just throw my Dewalt cordless drill away and get a Skill or Makita. I've always used Dewalt. I'm very upset that your company will not help me. Pete Davis, Cincinnati, Ohio
