Did not get my issue resolved

Phone the helpline gave the details of my product model number was told Id be put through to a professional to deal with this particular issue I waited on the phone for several minutes then the phone went back to the original automated message asking me to go through the procedure again this was the second time I did it so I decided to put the phone down so I never got the issue resolved
