On a Friday my husband went into work to do his route, they had a surprise meeting with his new terminal manager. The drivers were all instructed they had to come in on Saturday and work. Well nice notice! We had plans with our grandchildren out of town and could not cancel those plans, we would not be refunded with such a short notice! Saias employee manual states they have to be ready for mandatory days, completely understand this may need to happen from time to time, however, a notice prior than less than 20 hours would be more appreciated. As a result my husband got a point!!!!!! User's recommendation: This is a complaint on how the company treats their employees.
