I booked a flight to Medellín, Columbia as couple weeks later they emailed me snd said that they had to change my flight which was a day late on Both sides. I had to cancel the flight snd reschedule. I applied for a refund 3 months ago with no luck . Its almost impossible to speak to anybody to get help. This is BS ! THEY are the ones that changed MY flight snd now dont want to give me s as refund !! User's recommendation: Don’t fly Copa airlines.
