Update by user May 22, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Thank you to Pissedconsumer my issue with Vinted has been fully resolved! Thank you so much guys. Once I’d contacted the customer services by the link you gave me I had a quick and helpful response.. Original review posted by user May 20, 2021 I was using Vinted without any issues and sold and bought a few items. Received an email from Vinted advising changing to their new app, which I duly did..huge mistake! None of my sold/bought items transferred or the money Id been pain. Contacted Vinted customer services a number of times via chat. All you receive is a scripted reply but no one actually tries to resolve your problem. Im still unable to access the money Ive been paid for sold items User's recommendation: Do not use!
