You renew my paper without my permission and bill me at a higher rate. I call to complain and your sales people give me a deal then when the renewal bill comes the price is jacked up and all kinds of extra crap that I made clear I did not want you include. Your sales people are liars your customer service people don’t speak understandable English and interrupt me with every sentence I try to state. You have the worse staff iproblems I have ever seen. You all are evil news paper thrives.
