Original review updated by user Mar 05, 2021 The live agent hung up on me and told me that I called the wrong number because I went to file a complaint after my daughter was seriously injured. I asked him if I was calling the hover board customer service line and he lied after telling me it was in the beginning of the call. He did not wanna be bothered with my complaint and literally answered the phone with" what is the reason for your call?" Very poor customer service
