My google play card wont work

Yes my name is Robin i went and spent 150.00 on a google play card and they said the card is invalid. Iam very pissed and when i tried to call the number no answer. Then i did the chat online and they wanted 10.00 to have someone to help me. Iam sorry but that is *** So could you please help me. User's recommendation: Dont buy google play cards because if it dont work your screwed then no answer when you call the number no answer you chat online and they want money to help you. NOT ADVISEBLE.
