Bought a new phone 12 at Butler store. Sold a package of charge pad, cover, screen saver and Hum device. Veterans Advantage discount a scam. Cannot talk to a person you can understand. Contacted Verizon 4 times, they said they will refund the Hum device (104.94) never got it. Butler store cannot be contacted...you have to go through a national 800 number. What happened to Verizon??? User's recommendation: Buyer beware!
