Target is so easy to shop and drive up. Plus if something out of stock they'll send it to your home free. Now that is good service! Kohl's have to place $75.00 order to get free shipping. Shop at Target for best deals! User's recommendation: Nice store layout. Easy order online and free shipping $35.00 total of your order, have to have total of $75.00 to get free shipping Kohl's. Definitely shop at Target!
