Original review posted by user Apr 28, 2021 My account was hijacked and when I call to say something they told me they were closing my account and sending me a check for my money! That was April 7 they closed my account. They said I would have a check for my money in April 21st. Well that day has come and gone and when I call noone can tell me why or answer any of my questions. They wouldn't even let me talk to a Supervisor, hung up on. The definition of a theft is someone who takes your money and doesn't give it back, well that's what GO Bank did. Stole my money and will not refund me my money. Go BANK *** DONT DO IT. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NOT GIVE IT BACK.
