Account placed on hold for suspicious activity.

So I woke up this morning to find out that my account has been placed on hold. I have had no suspicious activity, just me living my life. This is a new account just a week old. I just had my direct deposits set up for this account and as soon as my deposit hit the account was placed on hold. I linked all my accounts the this new card they sent me and I mean ALL my accounts. My rent is due Thurs. no way to pay it. Call customer service only to be transferred and hung up on over 10 times. This has got to be the worst ban I have ever had to deal with. I'm about to be homeless due to this and dont know what to do. User's recommendation: Do not go with this bank if you care about your livelihood.
