Bought a $50 Xbox card for my son for his birthday and we cant use it on theres 23 numbers on it I called your support 2 days ago we got cut off I tried again yesterday and today Internet thing and it says its out of service so its been going on 3 days now and my son still cant use his birthday present can you please help
