Someone used my card without my permission and I just want a refund because I have gone in the negative over $500 more that once. Call customer service didn't get anywhere. They were suppoase to call me back before 24 hours was up and its been a week or more and I havent gotten a call back yet. User's recommendation: Don't do it.
