Post office delivered a cut out of box damaged item not received. Want full refund for purchase. Turns out item Manila Bahnik Booties item # m785******** was not delivered and at the time I purchased many items. Became sick and thought items had been delivered and my daughter had received the items I purchased while I was away sick. Didnt realize a item was not received until the Post Office delivered the plastic bag with the contents inside as pictured in the uploaded photos. I wish to receive a full refund. After checking the item I didnt receive is MMonM User's recommendation: Keep track of tracking of purchased items.
