Wrong color foundation shipped to me.

Tried to call 3xbox. 48 hrs to respond when I have to return it in 3 days? Chat sent me to 2 different chats in which they wanted me to pay. Your web site says can't be found. The seller was nice but trying to contact customer service is impossible. I tried to cancel an order for a Mary Kay liquid foundation seconds after I ordered it and received an email from Mercari 2 days later saying it had shipped. The foundation arrived and indeed it is the wrong shade. You are open until 5 PM PST and I have 3 days to return it. This makes no sense.
