System does not work for customer benefit when bad product is sold.

Software failure to return, hours of finding ways to return or use program to return. Not user friendly- so we cant return. Time table unrealistic for buying but not for seller. Pictures? When the product is not to requirements of buyer- or damaged. I have waisted good money on items that are not good at all for a system that is not set up for returns. Very unhappy about returns and the inability for people to solve a simple issue. Waisted hours and hours of my time and money. Trying to get someone to resell a dead product is wrong. User's recommendation: Hit and miss- can’t trust sellers or to get an issue solved especially for a gift .
