Can’t make payment due to Kia system

My payment was due Feb. 13. I tried to pay online and your system is for down. I also tried to make a phone payment, and that hasnt worked either. I still cant make the payment and it is now the 16th. I dont know how to make the payment, and I am requesting no late fee or interest charge because this isnt my fault.
