I am dealing with a dealer fraud by a dealer Sussex Kia who went out of business. By law, the dealer has to transfer Title ownership to the buyer simultaneously with the sale. If the dealer doesnt do this, then the entire transaction is rendered unlawful and the finance terms are rendered fraudulent. The dealer never did the title work and there is no title for my vehicle and I cannot register or drive it. I have called KMFUSA countless times with no resolve! No one does their jobs anymore!!! User's recommendation: Do not buy a Kia.
