On January 23rd, 2021 an extra payment was stolen from someone at Kia Billing. Someone at Kia processed a second payment of $410.14 from my checking account. I was refunded that amount and the check bounced from Kia Motor Finance. I have been lied to from Kia Billing for two months now. I was told a check was mailed to me for the amount of $410.14 on March 11th. It is now 04/01/2021 and I have not received another check from Kia. Where is my refund? Please refund my $410.14 with a check that is good. User's recommendation: KIA MOTOR FINANCE ARE THIEVES. DO NOT FINANCE WITH KIA/HYUNDAI.
