Release of lien and forward to USAA he was

For 3months I have called you to release the lien to USAA and each time you have said it was taken care of, and each month I receive a letter from USAA to call you and ask you to release the lien to them. You tell me each time it has been taken care of and yet they are still waiting for it. I dont understand why you cant take care of it and send it to them.
