No Title Release

Bought the car in March 202,paid it off April 2021 and still no title release. Called many times to KIA Finance and was told they would notify their title department to release title to DMV, but no title release yet. Will never buy another car and finance with KIA Finance through the Hyundia Capital America Bank. User's recommendation: Pick your own finance copany.
