The old orchard store in Skokie Illinois is absolutely horrible. The customer service is the worst I have experienced. I understand there is short staff, but when you have employees walking around the store doing nothing while 30 people wait in line at one register that is unacceptable. Or when you have a mountain of boxes and bags from returns next to register because you dont allow people in the fitting rooms that is horrible. Or when the person at the register takes 3 minutes to put a hanger on a dress that has been returned and there are 20 people in line instead of doing it at another time that is unacceptable.
