My package is not delievered

Hi My name is Joohee Lee and my order number is 521******** I was supposed to receive 2 packages for this order. However, even though the latest order date was 7/22, I did not get the package and I tried to reach customer service but it is too hard. I checked the order status and it says it is returning to the sender. I already paid for them and I did not get the second package which has most of my order. It makes no sense. I paid for nothing. I was waiting for them for so long time... Please, let me know what is going on. I never return it but your package tracking service says it is going back to sender... it is so depressing. User's recommendation: I recommend not to use Zara online shopping as much as possible.
